Ingredients:

  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • and ½ lemon, juiced
  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Add grated ginger to the water and let it stay for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix squeezed lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey and strain the ginger tea into it.
  3. Stir it well to dissolve the honey and add a dash of cinnamon.
  • APPLE CIDER GINGER DRINK

Apple cider vinegar is a very powerful remedy which will boost your immune system.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water.

Preparation:

  1. Mix apple cider vinegar to a cup of hot water.
  2. Add lemon juice and honey to it and drink it hot.

 

  • POMEGRANATE WITH APPLE CIDER

This drink will not only relieve you from cold but will also boost your immunity.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 3 cinnamon sticks and 4 cloves

Preparation:

Heat all the ingredients until it boils and consume hot.

 

  • CHICKEN BROTH WITH GARLIC AND GINGER

Chicken broth combined with garlic juice will instantly relieve stuffed nose.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl hot chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons concentrated garlic juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice.

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients, bring to boil and consume hot.
