If you struggle for long time to lose weight and you couldn’t find a diet that helps you, you may find below a dietary regime that may work for you. Pay attention because it is a strict diet. You may call it a military plan for weight loss, but it won’t affect your health as it lasts three days and it contains all the necessary nutrients for the proper functioning of the body. During the three days you will burn fat and boost your energy and your metabolism at the same time.
It is recommended to follow closely the guidelines. Still you may eat one fruit instead of another or lentils instead of meat. There are permitted spices, mustard, lemon juice, calorie-free sweeteners, water, tea and black coffee. After 3 days, take a 4-day break before starting it over again. You should combine this diet with physical exercise, adapted to your overall health. Overweight people may try some short walks. Physically active people can practice more, choosing jogging, swimming, skipping rope or using a treadmill. Dinner: 3 ounces of meat, 1 cup green beans, half of a banana or other fruit, 1 apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Breakfast: a slice of toast, one egg, half of a banana or other fruit
Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 boiled egg, 5 crackers
Dinner: 2 hot dogs without the bun, 1 cup of broccoli, ½ cup carrots, half of a banana or other fruit, ½ cup vanilla ice cream
Breakfast: 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1apple, 5 crackers
Lunch: a slice of toast, 1 cooked or boiled egg
Dinner: 1 cup tuna, half of a banana or other fruit, 1 cup vanilla ice cream
